Bosshardt Realty Reports Success for CCIMs in Alachua County

Last year, Bosshardt Realty’s commercial team, the Drotos Ryals Group worked with clients both big and small. They successfully placed CVS/pharmacy in Social 28, an exciting new luxury student housing community on the Campus of the University of Florida. In October, after several years in the making, the Drotos Ryals Group brought Publix Supermarket to the City of Alachua, as well as filled Ridgway Village shopping center to 100% occupancy.

With the conclusion of 2015, the team announced the successful disposition of the former Verizon Networking facility. The team began 2016 with a successful lease transaction on behalf of Drummond Community Bank, a 2,400 SF space, which will be Drummond’s first Gainesville location.

Bruce Rider CCIM, has worked with many businesses this past year to fulfill their American dream of business ownership. He worked with Frank Asante, a native of Ghana in West Africa, to open Vineyard Pharmacy which has been a dream of Frank’s for over 13 years. He also assisted Janine Jarufe fulfill her dream of owning her own fashion merchandising shop and helped Keith and Karine open Saporito OVS an oil, vinegar and spice shop.
