Trish Walden, CCIM, recently completed the sale of two Central Florida investment properties. The first sale was 1700 Kelley Ave. Kissimmee, a 39,000 sf multi-tenant industrial property; Trish Walden represented the Seller and Dover International represented the buyer. The second sale was a 20,000 sf Sale/Leaseback located at 12051 Corporate Blvd. in Orlando. Walden represented the seller and no other brokers were involved in the deal. Fishkind and Associates, Inc. remains as tenants in the building. Both deals amounted to $5.8 million dollars.
