The East Coast District recently hosted an educational program followed by a networking mixer yesterday. The class titled “Ten Tips to Take Better Pictures: and was held at the Palm Beach Photographic Center in West Palm Beach. The class was followed by a networking mixer in the Photographic Center’s Museum. On display in the museum was “100 Years of the Pulitzer” featuring Pulitzer-prize winning photographs through the years and their back stories.
The exhibition at the Palm Beach Photographic Centre is one of a series of events across the United States to celebrate the Centennial Anniversary of the Pulitzer Prizes, focusing on former Prize winners, their prize-winning work and the journalistic and cultural values that the award represent.
