Taylor-Hitchcock Land Team which is comprised of West Coast Chapter Member David Hitchcock, along with his business partner, Clay Taylor recently won two national real estate awards.
The first award the duo received was the Accredited Land Consultant Networking Award (ALC-to-ALC) from the Realtors Land Institute. The team completed an $8.15 million land transaction which comprised of a 1,295-acre ranch on Lake Hatchineha in Polk County. The property included an 11,000sf house on the lake, three other homes, a boathouse and stables.
The second award was for the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Silver Level of 2015.
Based out of Lakeland, the Taylor-Hitchcock Land Team has closed nearly $20 million in land deals in each of the past three years. This success has put them in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker land brokers nationwide. Hitchcock holds the ALC and CCIM designations.
“David and I both have different roles in getting deals done based on our strengths and weaknesses, where separately it might not have been accomplished,” Taylor told the Business Observer. “We have always felt our team was one plus one equals three.”
