A new tuition free public charter school will soon serve east Orange County, with a bit of help from a dedicated Central District Designee.
Econ River High School, which focuses on students who have not succeeded in traditional school setting, is in the final stages of construction. The school will provide individually prescribed instruction tailored to each student’s needs for ages 16 to 21. School opened in August and will follow the same calendar as OCPS. Split sessions will accommodate students with jobs or children. Econ River High School will be managed by ALS Education, Inc.
Marie Boyle, CCIM, from Palkiper Commercial Real Estate Services and Michael Glaser negotiated this five-year lease.
In addition to closing deals, Boyle has also been busy giving back to the CCIM Florida Chapter. Boyle was recently appointed to the Florida’s Chapter’s Board of Directors as the Chairman of the RPAC Committee. President and CEO of Palkiper Commercial Real Estate Services, located in Winter Park, FL she earned the CCIM designation in 2015.
