Frank Rodriguez Melo just doesn’t know how to slow down. After two years of serving as the President of the Florida CCIM Chapter’s Miami-Dade/Monroe District, Melo might have been justified to slow down and take a break.   That is apparently not in his nature.

“I have been busier than ever after my retirement from CCIM presidency, culminating my master in real estate and truly working hard to build my company,” shares Melo, CCIM, MSIRE.

“My partner Ron Meyerson and I have completed about $90 million in multifamily sales this year. The transactions, totaling 770 units, were featured in area media (below.) My firm, Melo Real Estate, has represented both buyers and sellers. There are another 80 units we have transacted that did not have write ups,” he adds.

“We also spearheaded the roll out of the CCIM Spotlight sponsored by Ten-X TV. We were honored to be the first interview and help share top level CCIM Research and market updates in this format,” Melo says, adding, “Our 2016 District President, Britt Rosen, was also recently featured in this exciting Spotlight program. Interested parties can contact Todd Gladis, Senior Vice President of Operations at Ten-X Commercial.   The production is incredibly professional and free for CCIM practitioners. His email is toddg@ten-x.com.”
