34 Years in Real Estate and This Cowboy is Still Going Strong

CCIM West Coast Member Bill Eshenbaugh of Eshenbaugh Land Company isn’t slowing down any time soon. At 75 years old, Bill is doing everything, from putting together Land Seminars to herding cattle in Sierra Nevada.

Bill started his real estate career back in 1983 with Whispering Oaks Realty where he helped develop golf courses in Hernando County. Bill later got into undeveloped land by acquiring construction sites all over Tampa. Some of the areas include Bloomingdale, Carrollwood, and Walden Lakes.

In 1992 Bill finally started his own company, Eshenbaugh Land Company (ELC) which has been growing ever since. Now Bill has four brokers and two assistants working with him.

Bill received his CCIM Designation in 1996 and says that was money well spent. “Because of both my CCIM Designation along with my ALC, I went from driving a Volkswagen to driving a Corvette!”
