Two CCIMs recently completed an $8,100,000 acquisition of the Plymouth and Regal Plaza portfolio in Fort Myers, Fla. The two-property portfolio includes Plymouth Plaza at 15200 -15248 S. Tamiami Trail and Regal Plaza at 15250 S. Tamiami Trail and encompasses three buildings with a total of 69,570 square feet of leasable square feet.
LandQwest Qualifying Broker, Bruce Micciche, CCIM, represented the buyer, Susence FL Holdings LLC and Broker Associate Chase Mayhugh, CCIM of Mayhugh Commercial Advisors represented the seller, NYFL Commercial Holdings 2, LLC.
“Our client was looking for a value-add opportunity anywhere within the state of Florida,” said Micciche. “This allowed us the opportunity to identify several key properties within our markets that fit their needs and had upside potential and a great return,” he added.
Management of the 71,536± square-foot acquisition was awarded to LandQwest Commercial Property Management and Micciche was retained as exclusive leasing agent. Micciche is a member of Florida CCIM’s Chapter’s Southwest District.
