The 3.53 acres are located at 7380 E. 55TH Ave., Manatee County and closed recently for $1,355,000.
The Eshenbaugh Land Company award winner represented the Seller, Cameron General Contractors, Inc. The Buyer was TSL Manatee PropCo, LLC. The Buyer is building 63 luxury Assisted Living Apartments and 25 Memory Care Suites.
