Creative Concepts recently leased 8,816 square feet of industrial space at 279 Lyman Road in Casselberry, Fla., from Overhead Door Company of Orlando.
In a time when industrial is among the most desirable of commercial assets, and users are vying for industrial space, it’s not surprising that the freestanding Lyman facility only took 3-months to secure a reputable tenant.
“As industrial goes, this second-generation industrial building had a lot to offer,” explained Associate Tai Lee, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial Orlando. “With three dock-high doors, a dedicated fenced area, and direct loading access, it was in optimal condition for a quality tenant, and consequently exceeded interest expectations.”
This marks the second location for solid surface manufacturer, Creative Concepts.”[Lyman] nearly doubles our production space, which frees up much needed floorspace for millwork production in our existing facility” said Wayne Bishop. “We hope to hire four to six new employees in the next few months.”
The space was previously leased by Siemens, who had been in the building for over 20 years.
Lee is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences. While in college, Lee was a Student Athlete and studied in consumer science while competing all four years on the men’s gymnastics team.
Lee completed all requirements and earned his CCIM Designation in 2018. He joined LandQwest as an Associate in 2019. The transaction marks the first for the Central District CCIM since joining the LandQwest Central Florida Team.
