Rick Gonzalez, CCIM, ALC of National Land Realty’s Tavares’s office successfully closed on a local landmark, the Christian Home and Bible Thrift Store on February 18, 2021.
The $435,000 sale was not without challenge given the poor condition of the building and the lot dimensions. Years of local networking allowed Rick to identify a local philanthropic entrepreneur who accepted the property faults and saw its potential.
