Rick Gonzalez, CCIM, ALC, and Wally Temple, CCIM worked diligently to close the $1,300,000 deal for 5 acres of commecial land at the intersection of Binion and Harmon in Apopka Formerly the site of Driftwood Nursery, Rick sold this previously bank owned property in 2018 to a private investor for $1,000,000. That investor subsequently worked for several years with Wally to sell the property to a multi-family developer who bulit an apartment complex and this commercial corner. Rick and Wally worked with that developer to bring one of Rick’s repeat clients to the table in a cash quick close deal. This is a prime example of CCIMs working together over a period of years to recognize the potential of well located properties, making money for our clients, and closing deals.
