DESCRIPTION
The growth along the I-4 Corridor has been astonishing. In fact, in 2022, these Central Florida counties accounted for 20% of Florida’s population but were responsible for nearly 30% of the population growth. This highly-anticipated annual conference is designed to provide insights into that growth as it relates to the commercial real estate market including healthcare, land, and industrial asset classes. Breakout sessions will feature industry experts who will cover pressing topics like county planning, economic drivers, and education throughout Polk, Hillsborough, Orange, Osceola, and Lake counties.
