Panhandle District President David Monroe Adds Growth of RealNex to Busy Schedule

RealNex, a commercial real estate technology company, recently announced the hiring of David Monroe, CCIM vice president of sales. Monroe joins the company’s growing team of regional sales executives.

With the most recent release of the integrated end-to-end RealNex solution, which includes CRM, Transaction Management, Financial Analysis, Presentation Generation, Deal Room, Property Listing Marketplace and eMarketing Campaign engine, the company has recently begun to move into a more aggressive sales and marketing phase of growth.

Monroe, a long-term RealNex client, brings to RealNex extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.  In addition to his role at RealNex, he remains active in brokerage as President and COO of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates – The Andrews Group focusing on off-market multi-family transactions. David is also a leader in the CCIM organization, serving as President of the Panhandle District in the Florida CCIM Chapter.
