Kingdom Development Ft Myers, LLC recently acquired the 25,794-square-foot Fort Myers ‘Alico Center’ at 10070 Daniels Interstate Court for a considerable $5,875,000.
The class-A office building with high-end finishes was 100% occupied at the time of sale with a host of notable tenants including Northwestern Mutual, Scott Fisher Enterprises, Industrial Service Solutions, and Alico Incorporated.
Not only did its outstanding visibility at the Interstate-75 and Daniels Parkway interchange contribute to this purchase, but it’s recognized as one of the nicer office buildings in the Fort Myers market.
