Berger Commercial Realty’s Feuerman, Thiel, Silver Negotiate Lease Renewal For Holy Cross Hospital

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Managing Director-Palm Beach County Michael Feuerman, Esq., SIOR, CCIM, along with Senior Sales Associate Jonathan Thiel and Sales Associate Daniel Silver, negotiated a lease renewal behalf of Holy Cross Hospital.

Holy Cross Hospital operates a 3,280-square-foot primary care office within Galt Ocean Marketplace, a retail center located at 4004 Galt Ocean Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Holy Cross has occupied the space since 1995.

The Kitson & Partners-owned retail center, located off A1A in Fort Lauderdale, is anchored by Winn Dixie Marketplace, CVS, and AmTrust Bank.
