Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of 2180 Lake Ave. SE, a 7.1-acre industrial site with five industrial buildings totaling more than 100,000 square feet. The site is just north of Ulmerton Road. Bridgewater represented the undisclosed buyer.
“My client needed a large industrial property with significant additional acreage to accommodate their business. Industrial properties of any size are difficult to find in Pinellas as we have the second largest base of manufacturing employment in the state,” Bridgewater Commercial’s Managing Broker Kris Dumke said. “I’m really happy we were able to put this deal together for them.”
Dumke is the 2022 University Alliance Chair for the CCIM West Coast District.
