Pinellas Park Property Sells for $1.6M

Jack Koehler, CCIM, ALC of Eshenbaugh Land Company represented the seller for the sale of the Northwest corner of Bryan Dairy Road & N 66th Street in Pinellas Park. Roger Broderick, CCIM and WCD scholarship donator, of Broderick & Associates, Inc. represented the buyer, a local developer, for the full asking price of $1,600,000. The buyer plans to use the site to building a 20,000 sf office building.
