This transaction was unique because this was originally a 4 parcel, multi-building sale. Ultimately the buyer purchased 3 parcels that encompassed the entire front half of the block from 17th Street to 18th Street directly on E. 4th Avenue totaling .78 acres. New development is coming soon for a mixed use development of residential/retail.
