The North District serves the Hamilton, Suwannee, Columbia, Union, Alachua, Bradford, Baker, Nassau, Duval, Clay, Putnam, St. Johns, Gilchrist, and Flagler counties.

DISTRICT PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Dear CCIM North District Members and Future Leaders,
I hope this message finds you well. As a proud past President of the CCIM Florida Chapter and a passionate supporter of our industry and this exceptional organization, I am writing to share an exciting initiative to rejuvenate and revitalize the CCIM North District.
Like many organizations, we’ve experienced challenges that have slowed momentum. It is now time to turn the page and breathe new life into our District, and we need your energy, ideas, and involvement to do it.
We are launching a fresh plan to rebuild the North District into a vibrant, engaged, and thriving network of commercial real estate professionals. Our goals include:
Hosting impactful educational and networking events tailored to the needs of our members
Reestablishing local leadership and governance, with support from the Chapter
Creating opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and deal-making
Reconnecting with former members and welcoming new faces into our CCIM community
But we cannot do this without you!
We are seeking volunteers to help lead this transformation—members who care about their local market, who want to elevate their careers, and who are ready to roll up their sleeves to rebuild something special. Whether you’re an experienced CCIM, a candidate, or a professional exploring membership, your voice and your talents are needed.
No contribution is too small—whether you’re able to help plan events, coordinate communications, serve on a leadership committee, or simply offer feedback. This is your opportunity to shape the future of the North District and be part of something meaningful.
