This course is for all Commercial Real Estate practitioners whether you want to pursue the CCIM designation or just want to learn.
The CI 101 course is a prerequisite for CI 103 and dI 104 and will provide you with a foundation of practical financial analysis skills you will need to succeed in the following CCIM courses as well as in the commercial real estate industry. The course will introduce you to the CCIM Cash Flow Model and you will learn to use key financial concepts such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Cap Rate, Capital Accumulation, and Annual Growth Rate of Capital to compare different types of commercial real estate investments.
