DISTRICT PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
January 15th, 2020
Since 1954, CCIM Members have been advocating and leading by example for better education in the Commercial marketplace. Our local Organization continues to excel in our three principle areas: Education, Technology & Networking. The Outlook Conference is a wonderful collaboration of all three aspects of our mission.
South Florida has a dynamic schedule of classes and seminars in 2020 to help junior and senior Commercial Practitioners sharpen their skills or embark in a new direction. We continue to explore new technologies for our members with partnerships and member benefits. Our Networking Committee is already tapping into exciting venues for 2020 to help us grow our business.
Our Volunteer committees are the foundation for our success, some give a little and others, a lot of time and effort. At the core, is our Board of Directors, these twenty-four members, lead and guide us from years of experience and an amazing depth of talent and resources. Membership is only $200/annual for receiving so many benefits, a worthy investment for any CRE Professional.
The Board is our core, but our Sponsors are our foundation that we constantly build on with each event. Our Sponsors generously provide us with the support to advance our mission, build a better network and they allow us to enhance our new agents with scholarships. We cannot thank our Sponsors enough and we ask you visit each one and get to know their products, services and most importantly, the professionals behind the name, so they can help enhance your business in South Florida.
Wishing you the Best in 2020,
Michael Hinton, CCIM
