DISTRICT PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Welcome To The Florida CCIM Miami-Dade/Monroe District!
Our district consists of men and women who have distinguished themselves by obtaining the CCIM designation as well as CCIM candidates, commercial real estate agents, bankers, lawyers, property management and appraisers.
The board of directors meet on the second Friday of each month, and members and non-members are welcomed to attend. In our meetings we focus on discussing current trends related to our industry and advancing education, technology, networking regarding commercial real estate issues and current events. Our typical meetings include a featured speaker, Q&A, and “haves-and-wants”. Watch the upcoming events window on this page and the calendar page for details about each meeting.
We are most proud of our annual event, The Annual CCIM Commercial Real Estate Outlook Conference, which is held in Coral Gables with well-known speakers from commercial real estate related professions. The keynote speaker motivates the CCIM members and their guests to reach for the highest levels of excellence in our fields.
As your 2019-2020 Chapter President, my team and I are here to serve you and answer any questions you may have about the CCIM organization. Our goal is to help you grow your businesses and professional networks in 2019. I look forward to meeting with you.
