Developer Pays $4.6M For Coconut Grove Property, Plans Office Building

Otto Travieso of Real Capital Partners LLC announced the $4,625,000 sale of a prime development site in the heart of Coconut Grove.

The property consists of 3 parcels located at 3151, 3163 and 3167 SW 27 Avenue, totaling 21,000 square feet.

Travieso represented buyer LOINTER GROVE LLC, a local developer, that’s plannning a 5-story, 68,000-square-foot Class A office building.
