Tampa CCIM Closes $5.18 Million Purchase of Fowler Avenue Retail Center

Ross Consulting Group, a Ross Realty Group brokerage office, announces the sale of 1805 E. Fowler Ave., a 30,601 square foot retail center across from University Mall in Tampa, FL.  Elliott M. Ross, CCIM, represented a private investor who paid $5,187,000 to purchase the asset.

The seller, Orion Venture VI, LLC, acquired the property in 2012 when Mr. Ross represented the seller of the mixed-use portfolio covering twenty acres along Fowler Avenue which included this center.
