CCIM Promoted to Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Division

One of our fearless leaders, Stacy Taylor, CCIM, has been promoted to Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate division. This promotion is due to his consistent and increasing sales volume, over 15 years of experience, designation and representation of Beck Partners.

“Stacy has exhibited a fearless drive to represent his clients to the fullest extent while being a guiding light to our newer agents,” states Justin Beck, CEO of Beck Partners. “His industry smarts and agile temperament is crucial to our success along the Gulf Coast. This promotion is just a step in Stacy’s continued development in the office and in the community.”

Stacy understands that building and maintaining strong relationships is equally important as completing the real estate transaction. Successfully completing over 1,500,000 square feet in real estate transactions and an estimated $150 Million in sales has enabled him to streamline the transaction process.

Prior to Beck Partners, Stacy focused on tenant representation with Grubb & Ellis Company and office development with Workstage in Atlanta. He then formed Taylor Real Estate that led the development, marketing, leasing and selling of office developments in North Atlanta.

Since moving to Pensacola, Stacy has integrated retail to his existing office practice, making him a well-rounded expert along Northwest Florida. He has been very successful in leveraging his regional and national relationships while staying active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holding a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

This designation represents recognized experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry that are proficient not only in theory but also in practice. He is also currently the President of the Northwest Florida CCIM chapter.

“I’m sincerely honored to receive the promotion to Vice President at Beck Partners. It’s extremely gratifying for the company to reward me with such recognition,” states Stacy Taylor, Vice President of Beck Partners. “It’s just another reason why Beck Partners is one of the best companies in the region. Thank you and I look forward to capitalizing on this opportunity in 2018!”
