CCIM West Coast member Kris Dumke and his business partner Dan Huntington of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented Arthur Machinery-Florida, Seller, and Trepko Inc., Buyer, in a $1.206 million industrial showroom transaction, located at 5903 Johns Road in Tampa.
The property, which closed on June 1, consists of 11,600 SF of air conditioned warehouse, with approximately 25% office.
“We represented both the Buyer and Seller in this transaction and were fortunate enough to have the property under contract within 3 days of rolling out our marketing package. We were introduced to the Seller thanks to The Perry Team, a top producing group with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate,” Dumke said.
Dumke, a CCIM candidate, is the University Alliance Chair for the CCIM Florida Chapter’s West Coast District.
