West Coast District 2019 Deal of the Quarter

The Deal: Eshenbaugh Land Company was hired by USF to sell a donated asset for the foundation. The property was an existing car dealership located at 4636 N. Dale Mabry in Tampa. The property had a 49,000 SF building on over 10 acres with a lease in place through the end of 2019. The value was in the land as a potential redevelopment and the site was in an opportunity zone.

The site was successfully sold to an investor for $12,000,000 which closed on June 3, 2019.
