Have you ever thought to yourself – “I really enjoy what I do for a living, but it would be great to have a mentor who could help me network and find answers to tough questions”?

If the answer is “yes”, you might want to consider the CCIM Florida Chapter Mentorship Program for calendar year 2020.

You will be paired with a long standing and successful member of your local District who has completed their CCIM designation and will work with you one on one to clarify your career goals, consider career paths and improve your professional knowledge. In addition, we will also have monthly meetings (face to face or by conference call) where each of the Mentees will gather as a group to share meaningful takeaways from each meeting with their respective Mentors. This will foster fellowship and networking to build relationships that will help take you and your business to the next level.

Past programs included sessions with top professionals including Craig Ustler, CCIM of Ustler Development, Blaine Strickland, CCIM of Remora Partners, Robin Webb, CCIM of LandQwest, just to name a few.

This is a great opportunity to learn from industry’s top producers as well as develop a network of peers who will attend programs with you monthly. Requirements to become a Mentee are:

  1. Work in commercial real estate
  2. Completed CI Intro and/or CI 101 course or agree to register for one or more of these classes in 2020
  3. Be a member of your local CCIM District
  4. Attend monthly meetings and participate in District activities.

If you’d like to participate please email the following information to Veronica Malolos, CCIM at vmalolos@nairealvest.com or Mary Kay Brickey at marykayb@orlandorealtors.org.
