CCIM Leader Brokers Home2Suites Hotel in the Lake Mary Wellness & Technology Park

Robin Webb, CCIMHighgate plans to build a 4-story, 122-room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel within the Lake Mary Wellness and Technology Park. (VRX Studios).

Robin L. Webb, CCIM, Principal with COMMERCIAL AMERICA Properties in Maitland, was the sole broker in the transaction for the site. The transaction value was $2.5 Million.

Media reports share that the 150-acre Lake Mary Wellness and Technology Park, where Orlando Health plans to build a $500 million health campus, is taking shape bit by bit with the latest plans for a new hotel entering the permitting process and a luxury apartment community nearly complete.

Highgate, a real estate investment and hospitality management company, is planning a 71,764-square-foot hotel just north of The Helix at Lake Mary apartment complex at 962 Bentstation Lane on a 2.78-acre parcel just north of the nearly complete Helix at Lake Mary apartments. According to a recently submitted St. Johns River Water Management District application, the hospitality development will be a 4-story, 122-room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel.

Webb is the 2017 International CCIM President, is also a Certified Hotel Broker (CHB) a past president of the Florida CCIM Chapter and is an active member with the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors as well as the CCIM Institute and the Florida CCIM Chapter.
