It is impressive what the Florida CCIM West Coast District has been able to accomplish. I will tell you, as the former president of the CCIM Foundation, whose primary responsibility is for the distribution of scholarships throughout the entire CCIM organization, and for a state or especially a district, that to be able to give seven scholarships in one year is awe-inspiring. I am incredibly proud of our district. I was most honored to have awarded my scholarship to Joseph Brown. His impeccable qualifications, with over 35 years in public education as a principal and teacher in Hillsborough County, are truly impressive. He was most deserving of the scholarship that was in my name.”

The CCIM Institute, a national commercial real estate organization, is dedicated to elevating and advancing its members to the highest level of success through education, technology, and networking. This commitment is exemplified through annual scholarships, providing opportunities for members to excel in their careers.
