Spring is just around the corner – sunshine, flowers, baseball, a season of change, and endless opportunities for professional growth. The FL CCIM Chapter is focused on enriching your experience as members, so we are excited to announce some upcoming events.

On March 6, 13 and 20th, we invite you to join us for a virtual “Site To Do Business Training”, presented by Carol Campbell, CCIM Vice President of CCIM Technologies. A basic, intermediate, and advanced session has been scheduled. It’s your chance to harness the power of this valuable CRE advanced digital toolkit. Thanks to the outstanding efforts Tony Veldkamp, CCIM Legislative Chair, FLCCIM will be hosting a Legislative Update in April. The virtual meeting will feature a 2024 Florida Legislative Session Review and developments impacting Commercial Real Estate, including the Business Rent Tax. This invaluable update is an opportunity you won’t want to miss!

Grab your Stetson and put on your best cowboy boots, we are headed to the Music City! The 2024 Midyear Governance Meetings are being held in Nashville (April 14-17). It is a great opportunity to network and connect face to face with CCIM’s from across the globe. Join us as we support fourteen (14) candidates, from Florida, who have submitted their portfolios and are scheduled for the comprehensive exam. Governance Meetings | The CCIM Institute
