Morrison Delivers iboss Lease at Discovery Tech Center

Greg Morrison, CCIMGreg Morrison, CCIM, SIOR, Principal and Managing Director – Orlando and Nathan Eissler, Senior Associate of Avison Young, have recently negotiated a significant multiple-year, 10,819± sq. ft. lease with iboss, Inc., at Orlando’s Discovery Tech Center.

Morrison, a long time CCIM Designee and member of the Florida CCIM Chapter’s Central District, teamed with Eissler and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the building’s landlord, Challenger-Discovery, LLC. Foundry Commercial negotiated on behalf of iboss, Inc.

Challenger-Discovery, LLC is an affiliate of Marcent Equity Group and owns over 400,000 SF of office/flex space in The Central Florida Research Park, including Challenger Tech Center and Discovery Tech Center. Discovery Tech Center is located at 2800 Discovery Drive in the Central Florida Research Park.
