Central Florida’s Robin Webb — National CCIM Leader — Welcomed by LandQwest Commercial

International commercial real estate leader, Robin Webb, CCIM, CPM, CHA, CHB, recently joined LandQwest Commercial to oversee brokerage operations as Senior Managing Director of the greater Central Florida region. In this capacity, Webb mentors the firms’ production team, attract new talent, and catapult the brand’s presence in Orlando and Tampa Bay.

Webb has procured over $1 billion in closed sales, including 114 hotels from Dallas to Fort Myers Beach, as Executive Vice President of Prudential Florida (now Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT) and Managing Director of NAI Realvest. He has been ranked in the top five investment brokers by the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society, has represented institutional clients including the Embassy Suites and Hampton Inns, and is an expert witness and State/Federal courts. He also serves as a court appointed receiver.

This newly formed, executory role complements Webb’s 30-year background in successfully mentoring hundreds of sales professionals and a lifetime of instructing CCIM candidates and students from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Lorman Education Services. He is a Senior Instructor for the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), and chaired the 2017 CCIM International Executive Team as Institute President, where he was responsible for all CCIM activity in 30 countries.

During his period in office with the globally governing body one of the world’s largest commercial real estate network, Webb reintroduced CCIM education into Mexico and addressed audiences in China, Russia, and Korea during his year as President. He will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the 14,000-member Institute. He is a Cerfied Hotel Administrator and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

An advocate of technological advancements (the sole President for two organizational affiliates: CCIM Technologies and CCIM Foundation), Webb is among the creators of Site to Do Business, a one-stop shop to access demographic information, mapping technologies, and reporting tools for all CCIM’s. Upon its launch, Webb delivered tech training to 2,000 candidates and designees nationwide, and will leverage his innovative business practices to the LandQwest platform.
