East Coast Chapter Deals Include Opportunity Zone Investment, Medical Lease

In July 2019, Blair C. Lee, MAI of Lighthouse Realty Services collaborated with Rich Edwards, CCIM of Edwards Realty as buyers broker to acquire the office property located at 1558 NE 162nd Street in North Miami Beach, FL 33162. The buyer was a local investor who paid $650,000. The property was within an opportunity zone and contained 5,200 SF on a 11,300 square foot site.

In July 2019, Blair Lee represented a medical tenant in the lease of 6,000 SqFt at Congress Professional Park at 1620 South Congress Avenue in Palm Springs, FL. The owners, Welltower were represented by Marty Busekrus, SIOR, CCIM and Valerie Mason of Ciminelli Real Estate Services. The tenant is relocated their existing practice.

Lee is a real estate professional who utilizes his extensive experience in the industry to identify and analyze real estate opportunities and acquisitions that will align with a company’s objectives. Mr. Lee is a native Floridian who has been active in acquisitions, appraisals, brokerage, and consulting for over 23 years. He is an active member of the Florida CCIM Chapter’s East Coast District.

Lee graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Business Management in 1990. He is a licensed real estate appraiser and broker in the State of Florida as well as a designated MAI with the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Lee is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches.
