Amy Calandrino is a founding principal and broker of Beyond Commercial, an Orlando-based commercial real estate firm. At Beyond, Calandrino leads a team of agents who work with business owners across all classes of commercial real estate. With a specialty in sales and leasing representation of office and warehousing clients, Calandrino’s clientele has ranged from local to international companies.
In addition to becoming the incoming local CCIM board president-elect, Calandrino is president of the Winter Park Chamber’s Leadership Alumni Council and board member on Seacoast Bank’s Central Florida Community Board.
