Joe Pelayo, CCIM from Total Real Estate Consultants, Inc. closed on a Retail Space of 2,744+/- SQFT located at 6691 Sunset Strip, Sunrise. Joe had to overcome a lot of obstacles, but was able to successfully close the sale transaction on December 10th, 2019.
