Paul P. Partyka, CCIM, MiCP, CIPS, Partner at NAI Realvest, represented the owners, Robert E. Wheaton and Suzanne Wheaton, in the sale of the former Buddy Freddy’s Restaurant property at 1101 Goldfinch Drive, Plant City, Florida. The buyer, Brightwork Acquisitions, LLC, purchased the 1.68-acre property for $2,225,000. The new owner plans to develop the site. Matt Britten of Brightwork Real Estate, Inc. represented the buyer.
“This iconic restaurant and mainstay in Plant City is another victim of the pandemic, but in its place will be a new Chick-fil-A” said Partyka.
