NAI Realvest Handles Sale of Land for New Apartments

NAI Realvest brokers Jon D. Walls, RLA, MiCP, Development Services Director and Sales Associate, and Paul P. Partyka, CCIM, MiCP, CIPS, Partner, represented the seller, Oats Creek, LLC, in the sale of an infill lakefront property located at the corner of Princeton Street and Mercy Drive, in Orlando, Florida. The property is west of the new Dr. Phillips Packing District on John Young Parkway. The 31-acre property sold for $2,100,000.
The buyer, Code RE Partners, Inc., have received approval from the City of Orlando for a four story, 400-unit market rate apartment complex with 10 buildings and an amenity area. Code RE, Inc., based in Windermere, FL, owns a nearby apartment complex as well as 7,500 apartment units throughout the United States.
The project’s civil engineering firm is Kimley Horn and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc.
