CCIM Chapter Leader Roane Recognized by Central Florida Realtors

Chere Roane, Nicole-Hudson Realty Corp, has been named 2017 REALTOR^® of the Year by the Orlando Regional REALTOR^® Association.The award recognizes exceptional commitment, service, and dedication to the ideals of REALTOR^® membership, to ORRA, and to the real estate profession.

The honor was presented on January 17, 2018 during the ORRA Annual Inaugural & Awards Luncheon at the Ballroom at Church Street. The event also included the inauguration of 2018 ORRA President Lou Nimkoff, Brio Real Estate Services LLC, and the 2018 ORRA Board of Directors. Meet the 2018 ORRA Leadership Team

• Chairman of the Year Award – to Marilia Neri, Real Estate Compass, LLC, for steadfast commitment and service to the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando.
• Grant Clarke Volunteer of the Year Award – to Lori Rivera, Lovera Realty Buy The Space Coast, for commitment of countless hours of service and dedication to the association and to the real estate profession.
• Rising Star Award – to Justin V. LaManna, Homevest Realty, for demonstrating exceptional potential and dedication in service to the association.
• Walter Rose Lifetime Award – to Budge Huskey, Premier Sothebys Int’l Realty, for rendering exceptional or unusual service to the association.
• Affiliate Member of the Year Award – to Josh Pennington, Title Professionals of Central Florida LLC, for exceptional service and dedication in support of association programs.
